SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES SWITZERLAND

For orders over CHF 200, we ship free of charge.
For orders up to CHF 200 and delivery within Switzerland, we will charge you the following shipping costs for B-Post delivery (3-5 working days after receipt of payment):

For small quantities up to 0.2 kg, the costs are:

DELIVERY TIMES FOR DELIVERIES IN SWITZERLAND

Generally 3-5 working days after receipt of order.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time may take up to 2 weeks. You will be informed by us in this case.

Partial deliveries of an order are permitted. In this case, however, we only charge the shipping flat rate once and deliver the partial delivery free of charge.
Public holidays in Switzerland as well as cantonal holidays, which vary within Switzerland, also affect the delivery date of your order and lead to a postponement of delivery to the respective following day at the earliest.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please contact us for international shipping so that we can calculate the costs individually for you. Delivery times for deliveries outside Switzerland are usually 5-14 days. Any customs or VAT costs incurred during shipping will be borne by the customer. Public holidays in Switzerland and holidays in the respective countries may delay delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS

CREDIT CARD

In the online shop, you can always order with your VISA or Mastercard credit card and all other payment methods such as Twint, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Simply enter your valid card number, the card verification value, the expiration date and your name in the designated fields when placing your order. The card will be charged when the items are shipped. All payment methods are secure, simple, fast and free of charge.

Refunds due to dissatisfaction are excluded.

INSPECTION OF GOODS / COMPLAINTS

The recipient undertakes to check the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness and condition. Any complaints regarding quality and completeness must be communicated immediately, but no later than 24 hours after delivery, to Cosmedic-Luzern by e-mail to info@cosmedic-luzern.ch, otherwise the delivery will be deemed accepted. In case of defects or complaints, we strive for an uncomplicated and quick solution.

Cosmedic-Luzern is not liable for transport damage and damage due to improper storage of the goods after acceptance by the customer or his assistants.

RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF RETURN

Right of return for non-defective products: Returns due to dissatisfaction are excluded.

Right of return for defective products: Any complaints about the delivery regarding quality and completeness must be communicated immediately, but no later than 24 hours after delivery, to Cosmedic-Luzern by e-mail to info@cosmedic-luzern.ch, otherwise the delivery will be deemed accepted. In case of defects or complaints, we strive for an uncomplicated and quick solution. Cosmedic-Luzern is not liable for transport damage and damage due to improper storage of the goods after acceptance by the customer or his assistants.

If a return is explicitly approved by Cosmedic-Luzern by e-mail (info@cosmedic-luzern.ch), it must be made within 7 days in any case. The costs for the return shipment are always borne by the customer. The right of withdrawal clause applies only to consumers, i.e. any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity. For entrepreneurs, merchants, companies and public institutions, the provisions of the Commercial Code apply.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (cosmedic-luzern Hirschmattstrasse 48, CH-6003 Lucerne, info@cosmedic-luzern.ch Phone 041 210 48 33) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. The goods must be returned or handed over without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods. A right of withdrawal does not exist if sealed goods are delivered which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
