Within Switzerland, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 9.50 for shipments up to 2 kg for standard delivery (3-5 business days after receipt of payment).

DELIVERY TIME

Normally 3-5 business days for Switzerland after receipt of order,

If an item is temporarily out of stock, delivery time can take up to 2 weeks. In this case, you will be informed by us.

Partial deliveries of an order are permitted. However, in this case, we only charge the shipping flat rate once and deliver the partial delivery free of charge.

Any customs or VAT costs incurred during transit will be borne by the customer.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Orders in the online shop are to be paid via Twint, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay. All payment methods are secure, simple, fast, and free of charge.

Refunds due to dissatisfaction are excluded.

INSPECTION OF GOODS / COMPLAINTS

The recipient undertakes to check the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness and condition. Any complaints regarding quality and completeness must be communicated immediately, but no later than 24 hours after delivery, to Cosmedic-Luzern by e-mail at info@cosmedic-luzern.ch, otherwise the delivery will be deemed accepted. In case of defects or complaints, we strive for a simple and quick solution.

Cosmedic-Luzern is not liable for transport damage and damage due to improper storage of the goods after acceptance by the customer or his assistants.

RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF RETURN

Right of return for non-defective products: Returns due to dissatisfaction are excluded.
