RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The cancellation clause only applies to consumers, i.e. any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. For entrepreneurs, merchants, companies and public institutions, the provisions of the German Commercial Code apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Consumers have a right of cancellation according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (cosmedic-luzern Hirschmattstrasse 48, CH-6003 Luzern, info@cosmedic-luzern.ch Phone 041 210 48 33) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. The goods must be returned or handed over without undue delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract, to

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality. There is no right of cancellation if sealed goods are delivered that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery.
